We went to Sushiro Brindisi and were very surprised by the dishes they served. Excellent service, delicious tartare and sashimi, tasty rolls... what can I say... perfect location, delicious food... We'll be back!

We had lunch just today, Easter Sunday, at this cozy little restaurant. I'll start by saying that usually when you enter a Japanese restaurant, you smell fish from the door, but here there was no smell at all. We were welcomed by a very kind lady, with a big smile and extremely friendly. The food was excellent, handmade by the chef, who, with equal kindness, served us a delicious sushi boat himself, even though we risked not having the boat because the young people at our table would have eaten that too. The lady, who only at the end of the meal, gave us complimentary sorbets and coffee. In short, everything was perfect, and a special thanks to the owner, from whom one should learn the trade with the same elegance and cheerfulness that distinguishes her. We'll be back.

The place is really very fine, like the Japanese-Brazilian cuisine! The staff is very welcoming, well-mannered. The wine list satisfies the needs of even the most demanding consumers. Needless to say, the sushi is excellent and well-served. The Sushiro also offers a particular alternative, satisfying meat lovers who can dine in the adjacent restaurant!
